The assignment
Replace a page from a website builder with a calm, serious website of its own: clear paths to buy, sell, rent or let a property, contact one tap away, and listings the owner can publish without help.
The approach
A concept presentation came first — structure, look and a preview of the backend. The palette of ivory, stone and anthracite takes its champagne accent from the gold in the logo, toned down; Jost and Inter set the type. On the phone a fixed bar keeps call and enquiry in reach, maps and the listing portal load only after consent, and the old page addresses stay the same, so existing links keep working.
The work delivered
The website and a backend for listings: the owner adds properties, uploads photos and publishes them directly. Every listing gets its own exposé page, enquiries from the contact form arrive in the same place, and each change is backed up before it is saved.
